Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on naturallawethics.com, starting a free trial, or purchasing any product offered on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JumpUP Learning Lda, the operator of naturallawethics.com.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with others. You agree to notify us immediately at support@naturallawethics.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Product Description

This platform offers a free trial, three digital course tiers, and printed books that accompany the textbook Ethics for Children: A Natural Law Curriculum.

Free trial. We offer a free trial account that grants no-charge access to the digital teaching library. The trial requires no payment and may be ended or changed at our discretion.

Digital course tiers. The companion course is sold in three tiers: the Solo Teacher Starter at $97, the Department Head Defense Pack at $197, and the Whole-School Adoption License at $297. The Done-For-You Classroom Bundle combines a digital license with printed books. Each tier is a set of downloadable PDF resources, provided in both A4 and US Letter formats, with lifetime access to the materials included at your tier. Higher tiers add further digital deliverables as described on the pricing page. Resources include observation rubrics, student worksheets, parent communication letters, project templates, implementation checklists, and vocabulary reference sheets.

Printed books. We also sell printed books fulfilled on a print-to-order basis: a hardcover teacher's textbook, a softcover student workbook, classroom packs, and classroom bundles. The printed books are published by Iron Crown Publishing, and each book is printed and shipped to your order.

Purchasing a digital tier includes access to all future additions to the resource library at your tier at no additional charge.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars or euros depending on your region. Applicable European Union VAT and other taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Each digital tier is a one-time payment that grants the access described in Section 3. Printed books are charged per order, including shipping. We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers; existing purchasers retain access under the terms in effect at the time of their purchase.

5. License

Upon purchase of a digital tier, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the resources for personal classroom instruction. Permitted uses include:

• Printing resources for use with your own students.
• Storing digital copies on personal devices for your own use.

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling the resource files to any third party, whether for compensation or free of charge.
• Posting the resource files publicly, including on school websites, shared drives, or any online platform accessible to others.
• Using the resources to create derivative commercial products.
• Sharing your account credentials with other individuals.

Each digital license covers one educator. School-wide or district-wide licensing is available through the Whole-School Adoption License or by contacting us directly. Printed books, once delivered, are owned by the buyer; ownership of a printed copy carries no license to reproduce or redistribute the book's text beyond the buyer's ordinary first-sale rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All resources, text, design, and content on this platform are the intellectual property of Noah Revoy and Iron Crown Publishing, and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a digital tier or a printed book does not transfer any ownership rights in the underlying work to you. All rights not expressly granted by the license in Section 5 are reserved.

7. Refund Policy

Digital tiers carry a one-term guarantee. Teach the curriculum for one term; if your students are not visibly reasoning better by Christmas, you may request a full refund of the digital tier you purchased. Refund requests on digital tiers are accepted up to five months after the date of purchase.

Printed books are non-refundable and non-returnable; for physical items, all sales final. Each book is printed to your order, so please verify your shipping address and order details before completing checkout. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the license restrictions in Section 5. In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpUP Learning Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform, the resources, or the printed books. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase.

The resources are provided for educational support purposes. We make no warranty that the materials will produce any particular outcome in your classroom.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The courts of Portugal have jurisdiction over any dispute, save for any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify registered customers by email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
